Original back of house stripped

Will have to use chemical strippers on trim details but paint shaver great on the flats. Belt sander to vac does good on the ends the shaver cannot get onto.

Paint Shaver - time to prep the house for painting.

After ten years the house really needs to be painted, the problem is all the layers of old paint. After some trials of other traditional methods I decided to give the Paint Shaver a try, rather than try the radiant heating type of paint removal.

Got around 40-50 sqft on the north side shaved, sanded and old paint contained.

Good vacuum, cheap bucket



Got a Dust Deputy mounted it to a five gallon bucket and lid as described but the vacuum is stronger than the average vacuum.

HEPA Vacuum to contain paint dust.
