More Blinds...

After spending $380 on living room & den blinds I decided to put them up in the dining room and my bedroom. As you can see below I sprung for the "no-holes" for the bedroom. J.C. Penny's is loving me another $400 on blinds.



The good news is they sent me some of the parts to convert my pull tilt blinds but the wood rods and valance stand-offs have yet to arrive.

I was able to "get even" with Miss Daisy, on Monday she went to the vet for a few shots - she really enjoyed it until she got on the stainless steel table. Then on Thursday I took her for a shave and a haircut - they asked what to do with the tail and I said to just trim it up a bit but leave most of it - next time I'll have it trimmed back too since it looks like she is running around with a softball bat instead of a tail.



So she is ready for summer and very excited to take me for a bike ride:



For a nine year old dog - 63 in "dog years" she is still an active dog - in fact the groomers were surprised when she hopped over the swinging gate as I left her for grooming. When I picked her up I was told that enjoyed the whole grooming ordeal once I got out of sight.
